Meet the Aurelia Aurita
Commonly knows as the moon jelly, it is a species of jellyfish which is usually 25 cm to 40 cm in diameter, and can be recognized by its horseshoe- shape. It feeds on plankton and mollusks and is only capable of limited motion.
What makes them part of Cnidaria?- It's a jellyfish (although it also includes corals and sea anemones)
