Commonly knows as the Northern saw-whet owl, its species
ranges from 17cm to 22 cm long with a 42cm to 56 cm wingspan, making them one of the smallest species of owls in North America. They are quite common but difficult to spot. What makes it a Bird?- It is bipedal
